| Refurbishment Details |
 |
- Machine is stripped down, checked and re-assembled
- Hydraulic tank, cooler and filter are cleaned
- The hydraulic system, including the pump is checked and repaired
- Toggle system is checked and toggles replaced if worn
- Clamp cylinder is checked for full pressure working
- The injection screw and barrel is checked to ensure it is back-flow free
- Electrical control panel is checked and defective parts replaced
- Bearings are replaced in the electric motor
- Machine is painted and a 24 hour test run is carried out
- Operation manual including hydraulic and electrical schematics is provided
- 3 months warranty against operational malfunctions
